How long does it take to get an appraisal for my land?
Depending on your property we can typically get you an appraised price for your land within 24 hours of your submission. We will keep you updated if it will take longer than 48 hours max.
How do I know that your appraised value of my land is legitimate?
It’s human nature to want the most you can get when thinking of selling, and we understand that. We base our appraisals on multiple criteria, including comparable sales, assessed value, market forecasts,and other circumstances. We would be happy to discuss your valuation with you so you can be sure you understand our findings.
Are you guys for real?
YES! We have a team of long time property appraisors waiting to help you find out the value of your property. If you have a survey, HOA documents, or any other relevant documents, please submit that along with your property detials. It will speed up the process.
What do I do after getting my appraisal?
That’s up to you. We give you the up to the minute appraisal on your property and then you can decide to wait for the market to hopefully get better or you can obviously begin the process of trying to sell it you’d like. We can connect you with our extensive directory of accredited builders that can help you build your dream home!
My property has issues. Can I still get an appraisal?
We ask that if you are aware of any issues with your property, that we discuss it together up front. It may impact your valuation or it may not. We would like to know up front about these things before we begin. It’s important both parties operate with transparency.
Why do you do this?
Sometimes we connect you with parties that are interested in buying vacant land if you’re interested in selling. But we are not a land purchase company ourselves.
